Delivery Pricing

  • Free Delivery on all orders over £599

  • Delivery is usually up to £80 on orders under £599, but some products may qualify for cheaper delivery — just head to checkout to see the final price.

Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

How Delivery Works

  1. Browse & Order: Add your favourite plants to your cart.

  2. Automatic Shipping Calculation: At checkout, your delivery charge is calculated based on your order total.

  3. Confirmation Email: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation with a delivery estimate.

  4. Specialist Handling: We use trusted couriers experienced in live plant delivery to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

  5. Delivery Area: We currently deliver to mainland UK. If you’re in a remote area, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days.

However, some of our larger or specialist plants may take a little longer — up to 10 working days in certain cases.
To avoid any surprises, please check the product description for specific delivery info before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Report an Issue

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:

    • Your plants arrive damaged

    • You’ve received the wrong item

    • There’s a quality issue

What Happens Next?

  • If approved, we’ll arrange a return or send a replacement — no hassle, no hidden costs.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect orders made by the customer

  • Plants are perishable, so we can only process returns if there’s a genuine issue.
