Refund policy
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return. This is because plants are perishable, and so we cannot guarantee that the plants will arrive back to us in the same condition that they were delivered to you past 48 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your plants must be in the same condition that you received them, having been watered by you. If your plants have not been adequately watered, we cannot accept the return. The plants must be shipped back to us on the pallet that they arrived on (if delivered via the pallet network).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hedgeshedges.co.uk. We will arrange a courier to collect your plants on the pallet that they arrived on (if delivered to you via the pallet network). If they were delivered in one of our own vehicles then we will collect your return ourselves, in most cases.
We will work with you to make your return as convenient for you as possible, but ask that you keep the plants watered and that they are returned to us in the condition that they arrived to you. We cannot accept returns for plants that have already been planted or have not been watered.
We accept returns on all orders, however we do not cover the shipping cost for orders that have been returned due to a change of mind or other minor issues. Please review our 'Delivery & Returns' page on our website which details reasonable returns which we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the order you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
